Yes when you have spinal stenosis the spinal stenosis can cause some people to experience urinary incontinence.

Spinal Stenosis can also cause not only urinary incontinence but also bowel incontinence but it's rare and the spinal stenosis usually has to be more severe to experience urinary incontinence or bowel incontinence but it can happen and is normal.

If you do have spinal stenosis and are suddenly experiencing urinary incontinence or bowel incontinence it would be good to let your doctor know about it.

Wearing adult diapers or adult pull ups or incontinence pads can help keep your clothes dry when you're experiencing urinary incontinence.

When I had a weak bladder I wore adult diapers and it's not all that bad.

Nobody can really tell that you're wearing adult diapers and if they do they won't say anything about it anyway.

Urinary incontinence can be a result of spinal stenosis or other back issues.
