Yes drinking lots of water does help to lower your blood pressure and drinking a lot of water also helps to keep your blood pressure low enough to where it stays in the safe range.

When you're not drinking enough water and staying hydrated your body retains sodium to help secure the bodies fluid supply.

When your body does that then your blood pressure can increase and get high.

So by staying hydrated and drinking plenty of water you keep your blood pressure lowered and water is very good for your health.

You should aim to drink at least eight 8 ounce glasses of water through the day to stay hydrated.

Drinking water flushes out toxins from your body too and protects your kidney and liver as well as your bladder.

Always drink water way before you become thirsty that way you're always hydrated.
