Can assisted living kick you out?

If someone in an assisted living facility causes too much trouble and gets out of control can an assisted living facility or nursing home kick someone out?

At the assisted living facilities discretion yes the assisted living facility can kick someone out if they are deemed to be to dangerous or are unable to handle the person.
