Yes it's normal for a 10 year old boy to wet the bed.

All kids are different and some kids wet the bed from after potty training until age 5 to 7 years old and then stop on their own.

And then some kids wet the bed until as long as 10 to 17 years old and it's normal and nothing much can be done about it.

There are some medicines though that a kid can take that helps slow the production of urine and when that happens the child is less likely to wet the bed.

You can also avoid giving the child liquids an hour or 2 before bed and have them go to the toilet and relieve their bladder.

When the child goes to bed with an empty bladder the bladder can hold more so they are less likely to wet the bed.

Also if the 10 year would wear diapers for bed wetting that would help.

My kids wet the bed until around 13 years old and I got them to wear diapers for the bed wetting.

We tried pull ups but they actually leaked and so I convinced my kids to wear some diapers when they were wetting the bed.

When my kids were small enough to continue wearing baby diapers they wore Pampers diapers because they are good absorbent diapers.

That kept them dry and their bed dry.

Then when they outgrew the Pampers diapers they wore some Youth sized disposable diapers that I bought online.

Don't force the child to wear diapers but give them that option.

You can also try bed wetting alarms, plastic bed protectors, washable bed covers etc.
