Regular eye drops that you buy over the counter cannot remove cataracts from your eye.
However there has been eye drops developed by scientists that removes cataracts without the need for cataract surgery.
You would likely have to get the cataract eye drops from the doctor through prescription though as I've never seen any cataract eye drops in stores.
But also if your cataracts are too severe then you may need to have surgery to remove the cataracts.
Removing the cataracts is really not all that bad.
My Grandpa had cataracts removed and he was nervous about it at first but really there was nothing to it.
It was not painful and he started seeing much better after the cataract surgery.
