You can help strengthen a weak bladder by doing Pelvic exercises such as Kegal Exercises.

Also drinking plenty of water and letting your bladder fill up and holding it for 10 minutes before going to the bathroom can help increase your bladders strength.

But if you really cannot hold it then go to the restroom and pee if needed and do not hold it very long otherwise that can lead to kidney issues and urinary tract infections.

Exercising and avoiding too much caffeine can also help.

But if you need to pee go pee and if you do leak urine then wearing an incontinence pad or adult pull up or adult diaper even just in case when you're away from bathrooms can help keep your pants dry.

If you suffer from urinary incontinence you can sometimes cure or reverse the urinary incontinence by doing pelvic exercises and even taking some urinary incontinence medicine.

The urinary incontinence medicine can help slow the production of urine down so that you don't wet your pants as much.

It can give you time to go to the restroom.

Or you can wear adult pull ups, incontinence pads, or even adult diapers.

If you do suffer from urinary incontinence it would be best to wear adult diapers which I would recommend more because the pull ups can leak especially if you have heavy urinary incontinence.

Surgery on the bladder and urinary system is also another option but there can be risks for that.

I personally would just wear adult diapers instead of even taking the medicine because that can be worse for your health.

If you have bowel incontinence and cannot hold your poop then adult diapers are usually your only option.

Adults diapers are not really that bad and if we can wear diapers as babies, toddlers etc then we can wear diapers as adults and it should be no problem.
