When a woman says she has the vapors it can mean a few different things.
If the woman is pregnant at the time she says she has the vapors it means that the pregnant woman is experiencing a noxious emanation coming from her womb.
Then if the woman is not pregnant then when she says she has the vapors it means usually that she is emotionally overcome or hysterical and then she says she has the vapors.
I've never said that myself but that is what my mother told me when I asked her what she meant one day when she said she had the vapors.
So it can mean a few different things depending on if you're pregnant or not pregnant.
