The average human can hear another human voice for a distance of around 590 feet away even when they are not yelling.
If the human is yelling then the other people can hear the other person at around 600 to 650 feet away sometimes depending on if the air is still or not and if the other human has good enough hearing.
If the human that is on the receiving end cannot hear very good then they may not be able to hear a voice at 590 to 500 Feet away.
Some people may only be able to hear another humans voice when they are as close as 100 feet to 300 feet to the other person.
So if you're speaking outside in your yard and the neighbors are outside they can usually hear you pretty clear.
