According to research done it's suggested and thought that Cavemen wore some type of boots and not regular shoes.

The boots they would have worn in the Cavemen days were very different from what we wear as boots and shoes today.

However some cavemen may have actually just gone barefoot and not had any boots to wear.

Humans really are meant to go barefoot and your feet will be much healthier when going barefoot the majority of the time.

I cannot stand to wear shoes when it's nice weather out when I'm either on the beach or in my backyard or when I'm inside my house.

I prefer to go barefoot and although outside my feet might get dirty I can easily wash them off in the shower.

I feel much better when I don't have to wear shoes.

But sometimes such as during the cold weather or when walking on things that may be harmful to our feet the shoes or boots are needed.

Shoes and boots have been around on earth for humans for around 40,000 years but not like we have today.
