Counting to a million takes roughly 11 days, 13 hours, 46 minutes, and 40 seconds to count to a million but that is without breaks.

If you were to count to a million the time it would take a person to count to a million counting every second without any breaks in between it would take you 11 days, 13 hours, 46 minutes, and 40 seconds to count to a million.

If you stopped to take breaks which you obviously would do because you would need to sleep and do other things it would take you roughly 1 month or even 2 months to count to a million.

If you counted to 2 million it may take you 3 to 4 months to count to 2 million and so on and forth.

I have never been able to count to a million because whenever I tried counting to a million and then marking down the number I stopped at I would get so busy with other things after a few days and then forget about it.

Then I would have to start over.

So at my rate it would probably take me 100 years or longer for me and myself to count to a million.
