Paphos airport to Ayia Napa

Hi, we are 5 friends traveling to Ayia Napa for a vacation last week and our flight lands in Paphos, is there a cheap transportation from Paphos to Ayia Napa? Thanks in advance!

If you can't rent a car which would be a good option if you could then the cheapest way for cheap transportation from Paphos to Ayia Napa would be to take a bus.

However there's no direct bus route from Paphos to Ayia Napa so you may need to do transfers which can take awhile.

The buses that are available to take you from Paphos to Ayia Napa are inter city buses which would be cheap but slow to travel from Paphos to Ayia Napa.

You'll also have to get from Paphos airport to Paphos karavella ( not harbour) bus station for the intercity buses.

You could do this via a couple of local buses, or you could pre book a taxi from the airport to karavella station for around 25e if you book with someone like this:

Taxis in Cyprus are very expensive. It may be easier for you to pre-book pafos airport taxi.

Book in advance rather than just hailing a taxi, there are plenty of comments on this forum about unscrupulous taxi drivers and inflated prices for those who don't pre-book or agree a price in advance.

If you are going to be travelling around a lot, renting a car might be cheaper.
