Some peoples voices have changed a bit after they had deviated septum surgery but not everyone who has deviated septum surgery has their voice change from the surgery.

Still even if your voice does change from deviated septum surgery the voice change is usually not that much and sometimes the voice change from deviated septum surgery can be temporary and sometimes it may be permanent.

It's rare though that a persons voice changes from deviated septum surgery though.

No the surgeon doe snot break your nose to fix a deviated septum.

The deviated septum is repaired through surgery and the way the surgeon repairs your deviated surgery is through a procedure called Septoplasty.

During septoplasty, your nasal septum is straightened and repositioned in the center of your nose.

This deviated Septum surgery may require your surgeon to cut and remove parts of your septum before reinserting them in the proper position.

However the surgeon will not need to break your nose to fix the deviated septum.

Living with a deviated septum is not bad and it may or may not be worth the surgery to fix the deviated septum but if it's bothering you then repairing the deviated septum may be worth it.
