Are disposable diapers really that bad?

I've heard that disposable baby diapers are bad for kids and babies to wear?

What makes disposable diapers bad for kids and babies to wear?

Disposable diapers are not all that bad and actually they are more healthy for your child to wear and the disposable diapers keep the child more clean and helps to absorb the urine so that the pee does not sit on their skin.

Of course if the kid wets the diaper and it leaks because it overflows which can happen sometimes then the kids skin would get wet.

But disposable diapers are much better for kids to wear because they are not feeling as wet as they would with cloth diapers.

Now if they poop then the poop still is in contact with their skin but the pee is not sitting near their skin and keeping their skin wet.

The disposable diapers are also less bulky so that the kid can walk and run around more easily.

Cloth diapers also require more work and you have to clean poop out of them which is not a pleasant experience.

Cloth diapers also require money for water, electricity and the detergents to clean them so you don't really save much if any money when cloth diapering.

Although disposable diapers may sit in the landfill for years that's really not much of a problem.
