Some cheap tires can wear out faster than more expensive better tires.
The reason that some cheap tires wear out faster than other more expensive tires is that with cheap tires they are usually made with softer rubber.
That softer rubber can be good because it can give your car or vehicle a smoother ride but the tread can wear out much faster when the rubber is too soft.
If all you can afford is cheaper tires then they will do just fine and although they may wear out faster you might need to replace them for age anyway.
When a tire gets near 10 years old or older it's time to replace the tire regardless of age.
Tires start to crack and the steel in the tire can separate which can lead to a tire blowout.
So always budget to replace your vehicles tires within 10 years regardless of mileage and inspect your tires for any cracks, bulges etc at least once per month.
