No Medicare does not pay for any adult diapers or other incontinence supplies.

Medicare usually covers the cost of catheters but not adult diapers, adult pull ups, incontinent pads etc.

Most times the cost of the adult diapers or other incontinent supplies has to come out of the persons own pocket or the families pocket.

The nursing home if they are in a nursing home may provide adult diapers for the incontinent nursing home patient and then the other insurance such as Medicaid which can cover the cost of nursing home care would in a way be paying for the adult diapers.

The cost is just passed on from the nursing home to Medicaid or other insurance.

But the adult diapers that nursing homes use are not that great and it's why when my Grandpa was in the nursing home and was wearing adult diapers I ordered him some more absorbent and more comfortable adult diapers and paid for them out of pocket.

It costed me less than $100.00 per month to pay for the adult diapers and was well worth it to me because I loved him dearly and he loved me dearly as well.
