When you're raising chickens the chickens are usually ready to be let out of the chicken coop at around 7:00 AM.

My grandma used to raise chickens and she would go out in the morning at 5:00 AM before the chickens ever got up and open the chicken coop so they could come out when ready.

Usually the chickens were still asleep until around 7:00 AM

Usually some chickens wake you up before they wake up but not my grandmas chickens.

However going out in the morning by 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM to open the chicken coop and let the chickens out is a good time.

Then you can put the chickens back up in the chicken coop for the night before going to bed yourself.
