When someone has bloodshot eyes after sleeping it could be due to your eyes getting dried out while you're sleeping.
When your eyes dry out due to lack of tears adding moisture in your eyes you can get red eyes and bloodshot eyes.
So you might need to try adding some moisturizing eye drops to your eyes before going to bed to keep your eyes moisturized.
Bloodshot eyes after sleeping can also be caused by not getting enough sleep.
Even though you go to bed and stay in bed for a certain amount of hours you may not be getting deep enough sleep so you wake up with bloodshot eyes.
Eye bags can also happen due to lack of sleep as well.
But try making sure you're getting enough sleep and use some moisturizing eye drops as well.
