If you need to clean plush toys such as Teddy Bears you can use a front load washing machine to clean the Teddy bear or other plush toys.
Do not use a top loading washing machine with an agitator because the agitator will tear the bear apart.
I did that once with my son's Teddy Bear and it ripped it's head apart and my son was mad at me and he was 3 at the time.
I got his head sewed back on though and he was happy.
You can buy a plush toy or teddy bear cleaning bag that you can place the teddy bear or other plush toy in and then put it in the washing machine.
The bag is called Teddy Needs A Bath bag and you can get it on Amazon for really cheap and it's worth it.
Or you can wash the Teddy Bear in the bathtub by hand but using a front loading washing machine and the bag is a better and easier way to clean the Teddy Bear.
