Can you lose weight eating salad?

Yes you can lose weight when eating salad.

Weight loss when eating salad is possible and salad is one of the best foods you can eat during weight loss.

Salads as long as they are not filled with a lot of salad dressing, bacon etc are pretty low in calories so that low calorie food means you don't have to work as hard at burning off those calories.

You still need to exercise though along with eating the salads but salads are great for weight loss and they help keep your stomach full so that you don't want to eat other foods.

Eating some soup such as chicken noodle soup or potato soup is also good for weight loss and also helps you feel full.

You might also want to try doing intermittent fasting when dieting and as a last resort use some diet and weight loss pills.

Weight loss surgery is another option as well if you've tried other things that are more natural.

But make sure you get plenty of exercise and walk, bike or jog or run when you can and eat healthy and you should lose the weight.
