Babies can eat strawberries as early as 6 months of age when they are eating other solid foods.

If you do feed your baby strawberries at 6 months of age make sure to cut them up in small enough pieces so that the baby can eat and chew the strawberries better and to avoid them choking on them.

After they get to 8 months to a year old then the baby can usually have a whole strawberry and eat the strawberry on there own.

Always supervise the child when they are eating strawberries or any other foods when they are very young and make sure the baby or child is sitting down such as in a highchair and not running around when they are eating.

Babies and toddlers can easily choke on foods if they are not seated when eating the foods.

If the baby is still on baby food then you can blend strawberries up in a blender and then feed them the strawberries that way as well.
