As long as the package that is being shipped has not been loaded onto the delivery truck and out for delivery or the package has not arrived at your post office or is not on say a UPS truck for delivery to you or the person then yes a package can be rerouted.

You can all USPS or UPS or the shipping company and have the package rerouted to a new destination.

Some shipping companies also allow you to reroute the package online so you can check on their websites to see if they allow you to reroute packages online.

Some have that option while others do not.

If you can't reroute the package online then call the shipping company such as UPS or USPS or whoever is delivering the package and ask to have the package rerouted.
