That depends on your health insurance company and policy.
My health insurance company won't cover me if I'm out of state. I was out of state one day and got sick and had to go to the hospital and my health insurance didn't cover it and I was sent a bill for the hospital stay.
You'll have to read your policy in detail to be sure whether a health insurance company covers out of state.
Some will and some won't.
