No humans cannot grow a third set of teeth.

Humans are given 2 sets of teeth and one set is for baby teeth at birth which usually fall out around age 6 to 7 years old.

Then the other set of teeth are your adult teeth that push through when you lose your baby teeth.

Those new teeth that come in after you turn 7 or 8 years old are your permanent adult teeth that you must take very good care of.

If you lose those adult teeth then you cannot regrow a third set of teeth.

I wish we could regrow teeth that are bad and fall out but sadly us humans cannot grow a third set of teeth and must use dentures or dental implants.

So take very good care of your current adult teeth or you will need to get dentures or dental implants or eat foods without teeth.
