Can you shower with contacts?

You can shower with contact lenses in but it's best to remove the contact lenses because they could fall out in the shower or get bacteria on them from the shower water and then you could get an eye infection.

So to prevent a possible eye infection or loss of the contact lenses it's better to remove the contact lenses before taking a shower.

Then put the contact lenses back in after the shower if you need to wear them.

The same goes for swimming or diving you should remove the contact lenses then as well to prevent infection of the eye and damage to the contact lenses as well.
