You could keep your eyes closed for around an hour to take a nap when you have the contact lenses in and that would be okay and not harm your eyes or eyesight.
But if you're gonna sleep longer than an hour or plan to go to bed for the night you should remove the contact lenses before going to sleep.
You should never sleep with contact lenses in all night because it can cause irritation of the eyes and could affect your eyesight as well.
If you need to sleep for 10 to 15 minutes or for up to an hour then it's okay but any longer than that you need to remove the contact lenses to keep your eyesight protected.
