As long as your back pain is not too severe then yes walking with lower back pain can help get rid of the lower back pain at least for awhile.

The walking is a low impact exercise that is good for your back as well as your legs and your blood circulation.

Not only will you help alleviate the lower back pain from walking often you also improve your overall health because walking helps keep your joints moving and gets the blood pumping through your legs and body.

That is good for you as it keeps you from getting blood clots and reduces your risks of heart attacks, strokes, and death.

People who do a lot of walking usually live much longer and don't have as many health problems or need a walker or wheelchair to get around.

I know a guy who is 98 years old who has been walking a lot all his life and he's stayed very active and still is active now.

He doesn't need a cane, walker or wheelchair and can easily walk and get around unassisted.

Then again I know a few 70 year olds who need a cane, walker or wheelchair to get around.

So walking helps you live longer and means you can help yourself live independently longer when you walk and stay active.
