Yes you could die from not pooping at all because your body would not be able to get rid of the waste it needs to get rid of.
To die from not pooping you would have to stop pooping for at least 45 days or so before it became a problem to cause death.
You would then die from an impacted stool which a doctor needs to remove from your bowels so that you don't die and then you can poop like normal.
If you haven't pooped in a month you need to see a doctor about the constipation because it's not normal to go 30 days or longer without pooping.
It's very rare to die from not pooping but it is possible to die from not pooping if you don't poop in too long of a time.
