Indoor cats that stay inside the house most of their lives are less likely to spread toxoplasmosis because it's mostly cats that are outdoors that get infected with and spreads toxoplasmosis.

Cats that are indoors part time and then are allowed to roam outside part time could become infected and then spread spread toxoplasmosis.

Cats usually get infected with toxoplasmosis through eating rodents, birds and other small animals that are infected with it.

So as long as the cat is not eating those things then there's no risk of the cat getting infected with the toxoplasmosis.

But if the indoor cat did get infected with toxoplasmosis they could spread it to other cats and possibly humans but indoor cats are less likely to even be infected with it.
