What size copper wire for 200 amp electrical service?

I'm fixing to upgrade my electrical service to my house from 100 AMP to 200 AMP service and I was wondering what size of copper service entrance wire I need for the 200 AMP electrical service from the weather head and into my electrical meter box and panel?

For a 200 AMP electrical service you'll need what they call size 2/0 copper wire.

If you go aluminum which is much cheaper you need 4/0 wire.
