I'm about to turn 33 in 5 months and I'm having a crisis.

Age is really just a number. I never feel any older on my birthdays.

33 is not really young, young, but 33 is not very old either. You likely still have a lot of healthy years ahead of you.

As the saying goes, your only as old as you feel.

Stay active, and keep your body healthy and you will likely feel young.

Take Betty White for example. She doesn't act old at all. She's 95 years old and still getting out and is active.

I hope to still feel young and be active at her age and beyond.

No way is 33 old. At 33 you're still very young. When you start pushing 70's then you might be considered old.
