Yes Kirkland brand disposable diapers are latex free and contain no natural latex which means that if your kid has a latex allergy the diapers will be fine for the kid to wear.

Most all diapers are latex free that you buy as most manufactures have cut out latex as an ingredient in making disposable diapers because some babies and kids are allergic to latex.

Huggies, pampers, Target Up and Up diapers etc are all latex free diapers and are also hypoallergenic.

The Kirkland diapers are not only latex free but are also hypoallergenic so they are good for kids with allergies.

If your kid has an allergic reaction to Huggies, Pampers etc then having your kid wear Kirkland diapers would work most likely.
