Being a prison nurse is more dangerous than just working as a nurse in a hospital.
When you're working as a prison nurse you're working around and for prisoners that can sometimes be dangerous prisoners.
However when you are working with a prison inmate as a prison nurse there should always be guards with the prison inmate along with you to protect you in the event that the prison inmate tries to harm you.
You still could get hurt but you're not gonna be alone with the prison inmate while taking care of them.
At the prison I worked at as a guard I or any other guard or guards were with the prison inmate when they went to see the prison nurse.
