On there own bleach fumes can be dangerous and you should always have ventilation in the area you're using bleach.
One thing to never do with bleach is mixing bleach with ammonia as mixing bleach with ammonia creates a deadly gas that will kill you pretty quickly.
Other than that if you have proper ventilation and don't sit there and breathe in the fumes from bleach for too long then you should be okay.
