Yes Chinese Tires are just as safe as tires made in the USA.
There are thousands of Chinese Tires rolling down the road everyday without any issue.
I have Chinese Tires on my car and have went over 30,000 miles since I've had them put on the car and they are doing great.
I have Goodyear Wrangler Tires on my truck which are made in the USA and those are going just as good as well.
The car goes many more miles per day than my truck does but if I could find USA tires for my car I would put them on it.
But since the car takes a size of tire that the tire shops here only can get Chinese tires for I have no issue using China Tires on my car.
