Does walking everyday increase your longevity?

If you walk everyday does the walking increase a persons longevity?

If you want to increase your chances of living longer and healthier then yes you should take daily walks when possible.

It's recommended we get at least 30 minutes of walking in per day to stay healthy and increase our chances of living longer.

Walking has also been shown to prevent diabetes and help lower blood pressure which also reduces the risk of dying from a heart attack.
