Getting pregnant simply by getting a lip kiss or just kissing in general and getting pregnant is impossible.
Before a woman can get pregnant the woman needs a mans sperm to enter her vagina and you can't do that through lip kissing.
You need the mans sperm as well as the woman's egg to fertilize and you have to have sex to have the sperm get inside your vagina and cause pregnancy.
Or you could have the sperm inserted into your vagina without having sex.
But you have to have sperm in your vagina to mate with the egg to fertilize and make the baby.
Kissing will not make a woman pregnant because it's impossible for that to happen.
