If you're able to inflict some pain on the tapeworm such as cutting it in half or stepping on it etc then the tapeworm would not really feel any pain.

Tapeworms just like other worms don't feel pain like us humans do because the tapeworms and other worms don't have the same type of pain receptors that us humans and animals have.

So the Tapeworm feels more of irritation and not actual pain.

Tapeworms can live for up to 30 years inside someone if they are not killed and they can cause health issues in humans if not treated and killed.

So if you have a Tapeworm in your body or you child has a tapeworm or anyone else it needs treatment by a doctor to kill the tapeworm and get rid of it.
