Belsomra should be taken at least 30 minutes before bed because when you take Belsomra it works pretty quick so only take the Belsomra when you're ready to go to bed.
When I've taken the sleeping medicine Belsomra I get sleepy within 30 minutes so I took it within 30 minutes of getting into bed.
I take the sleeping medicine including Belsomra after doing everything else and when I'm ready to crawl into bed and then read a good book while I drift off to sleep.
Make sure you have enough time to sleep through the night so you don't wake up tired and drowsy which could result in a car crash or other accident.
Make sure you can get enough sleep to sleep off the sleeping pill although you still might feel a bit drowsy the next day.
