Milk is very healthy for toddlers and helps the toddler build strong bones and helps them grow up to be strong and healthy so the more milk the toddler drinks the healthier they will be.

However when the toddler drinks too much milk it could lead to constipation in the toddler or make them throw up.

Toddlers should drink around 16 to 24 ounces of milk each day and anymore than that could cause the toddler to become constipated or have an upset stomach.

As long as the toddler is not drinking more than 24 ounces of milk in a day then they are okay.

But make sure the toddler drinks other healthy drinks such as water, apple juice, orange juice etc to stay healthy.

As they need more than just milk to keep healthy and the orange juice, apple juice etc will help provide the toddler with vitamins they need.
