Yes it's okay to be a teenager and in diapers.
Teenagers can wear diapers whether they want too or they need too.
Diapers are made for, babies, toddlers, children, teens and even adults.
Although most teens and adults don't wear diapers it's okay to wear diapers if you want too or need to as a teen.
Diapers are not just for babies and there are thousands of adult diapers being made and sold every year.
Although diapers are most commonly worn by babies and toddlers who are not yet potty trained they are also worn by many adults who either want to wear diapers or the adults may have urinary incontinence or wet the bed.
Kids and teens may also be incontinent or wet the bed as well and need diapers.
So if you need to or want to wear diapers as a kid, teen or adult there's nothing wrong with that.
Wear the diapers if that's what you prefer.
