If the baby is sleeping good then there's no need to wake up the sleeping baby to change a poopy diaper.

Just make sure you put some diaper rash cream on the babies bottom and diaper area before they go to bed and before you put the new diaper on for the night.

As long as they have the diaper rash cream on their bottom then the poop is not gonna hurt the baby to sleep in it all night until they wake up.

I've let my kids sleep in poop diapers all night when they slept through the night and their skin was just fine.

If the baby is uncomfortable in the poop diaper at night then he or she will wake you up by crying until you change the diaper.

Even for wet diapers the baby can sleep in the wet diaper all night as well because disposable diapers hold the wetness away from the babies skin so they don't really feel wet.
