Can you lose weight by sitting in a hot bath?

Sitting in a hot bath does help burn some calories so you can lose some weight by sitting in a hot bath or even a hot tub.

But you won't lose too much weight just sitting in a hot bath.

You would lose more weight sitting in a hot tub for at least 30 minutes per day which would allow you to lose more weight faster than just sitting in a hot bath.

Still it's nice to relax in a hot bath after a long day at work.

You also need to change your diet and exercise as well to lose a significant amount of weight because you need to burn off calories and you burn more calories by sweating as you lose weight through your sweat, pee and other areas of your body.

Doing the Keto diet or intermittent fasting is also a good way to lose weight.
