Since wet wipes contain liquid to make the wet wipes wet they do count as liquid on a plane.

So you can bring wet wipes on the plane but they have to fit within the airlines liquid rule.

You can bring the wet wipes in your carry on baggage or checked luggage on the airplane.

One bag of wet wipes or container of wet wipes is enough to get through the flight and a few days or so after you arrive where you're going.

When my kids were in diapers and I needed to bring diapers and wet wipes on the plane bringing just one travel pack of wet wipes or baby wipes was enough to clean my kids bottom as well as their face and hands.

I just bought more wet wipes when I arrived where I was going.
