Which bank has the best loan rates?

I'm looking into getting a personal loan from a bank. But I'm researching on what bank has the best rates for loans?

Check with your own local bank as they might be the best bank to get your loan.

Although chase bank doesn't offer personal loans you can get a short term loan through them online and I find their rates to be pretty good.
