Both a k1500 and c1500 pickup are the same type of pickup trucks and have the same engines in them.
But the difference between a k1500 and c1500 pickup is that one is 4 wheel drive while the other pickup is a 2 wheel drive.
The C 1500 pickup is a 2 wheel drive pickup while the K 1500 pickup is a 4 wheel drive pickup.
But other than the 4 wheel drive and 2 wheel drive difference the rest of the pickup is the same.
However the transmissions an drive shafts are different in a K 1500 pickup than they are in a C 1500 pickup.
The transmission size is different in a C 1500 pickup than it is in a K 1500 pickup and the C 1500 pickup also uses a transmission that has a longer output shaft and a tail shaft housing, because it isn't mounted to a transfer case.
The K 1500 pickup has the transfer case while the C 1500 pickup has no transfer case.
