Toes can turn red due to cold weather, infections, rashes etc.
If the weather is cold where you are and your toes are turning red that is normal and happens to just about everybody including myself.
During the cold weather my toes turn red and I get itchy feet and rashes even on the heals of my feet as well as some rashes on my toes.
I use some baby powder to help keep the itching down and rashes away.
Sometimes though people just get red toes as a result of the cold weather causing your blood vessels to narrow which leads to a restriction in blood flow and causes the red toes.
