In my opinion it is an Ugly Dog Breed but to me the Ugliest Dog Breed would be a Pit Bull Terrier dog.
My neighbor has one of those Pit Bull Terriers and it was cute when it was a puppy but now that it's 4 years old it's the Ugliest and meanest dog breed that I've came across as of now.
