No coffee does not cause acne breakouts or acne in general.
If you already have acne though and drink a lot of coffee the coffee may make your acne worse but the coffee itself does not cause acne and it has no way to cause acne.
Coffee is healthy though in moderation and has been shown in studies to help prevent heart disease as well as possibly prevent dementia.
Also some people can sleep well after drinking coffee but some people may stay awake after drinking the coffee so if you have trouble sleeping it would be best to avoid coffee at least 2 hours before bed.
