Professional Teeth Whitening is considered cosmetic and not an actual health and medical necessity so since Teeth Whitening is considered cosmetic it's not usually covered under dental health insurance.

If you want to have professional teeth whitening done you'll need to pay for it out of pocket.

The good news is though that professional teeth whitening is not all that expensive out of pocket and if your teeth are only partially stained you may only need one teeth whitening session which costs around $500.00

If you need 2 or 3 teeth whitening sessions done because of severely stained teeth then the cost could be as much as $1,000.00 to $1,500.00

I had my teeth whitened and only needed one teeth whitening session done at the dentist and it cost $500.00 to have it done and to me it was worth the money.
