Adult pull ups and even children's pull ups are meant for only slight urine leakage such as a small dribble.

So no adult pull ups do not hold as much urine as tape on adult diapers do.

I've found that adult pull ups really easily leak on me so I don't wear them anymore and they tend to sag down and feel uncomfortable.

Tape on diapers have more absorbency than pull ups do and they can be taped snugly around your waist and have better leg gathers to prevent leakage of the diapers around your legs.

I prefer the plastic backed adult diapers as they don't sag as much and they hold up better and I get a more snug fit with the plastic backed diapers than I do with the cloth like disposable diapers.

If you have heavy urine leakage you need the tape on adult diapers instead of the pull up diapers.

Pull Up adult briefs are meant for mainly light incontinence where you have at least some bladder control and are only meant for holding a small amount of pee.

But if you have heavy urinary incontinence then the tape on adult diapers or adult incontinence briefs would be the best option.

The adult pull ups would leak and sag more on you even if you wet just a little bit.

I had some slight incontinence after giving birth to my kids and the pull up adult diapers leaked when I wet just a little bit.

So I went with the tape on adult diapers and I had no more leaks.
